I went there this evening and I encountered the rudest staff I have ever met in my entire life.They had no respect for anyone or anything and they thought they were above others. Not only were they sloppy, but their portion sizes were obnoxiously small. They are taught to only put half scoop of chicken or steak just so you will ask for double and get ripped off. The manager also encourages their bad behavior. This establishment is run by a bunch of incompetent people. I will not return as they have lost a loyal customer for life!!!
I ordered online, asked for my drink cup and they told me I didn’t order one and offered a “water cup”. I didn’t buy a water cup. Has to go back in with my app order on my screen to get my drink. Get home and my dressing and my veggies are missing for my quesadilla. I ordered it because of the dang dressing fajitas veggies!!! I just tossed this hard and dry mess in the trash! Let’s not talk about this baby burrito and hard tortilla for my kids
Four of us went here 30 minutes after they opened. There was a sign up that said online orders only . We asked if we could still sit to eat if we ordered online...Nope! It wouldn 't have been such a bad experience if the employee wasn 't so dismissive! They were probably stressed from customers being irritated about the online order only thing, but they didn 't have to be rude. We went somewhere else, since we didn 't want to eat in the car.
Although the food is good, everything back there is kept rather messy. Not quite unsanitary but instead of wiping down the counters on a fairly regular basis, they'll leave everything lying around for quite a few orders until they'll wipe down the counter. I know it's a pain to have to constantly wipe everything down and change your hands gloves, but that's what *needs* to happen in the food industry.
