Ventimiglia Italian Foods In Sterl

It was my first time here on Saturday and it won 't be my last. The sub sandwiches here were amazing and the employees were very helpful and kind. Everything is homemade and when you walk in the door it just smells Italian!! The employees made you feel welcome as you come through the door starting with the lovely young lady at the gelato stand, which was a nice treat for on the way home. The kind gentleman behind the meat deli told me they make this slow roasted beef in house every Saturday and it was the best! The experience was a will be back again, from start to finish. JUST now left this place and was so saddened by how my husband and I were treated. We are looking to buy a home in the area and we were stopping in for a quick sub while passing by because we saw the cute patio to eat. Although the food looked delicious, the staff were far from friendly. Everyone stared at us like we didn't belong (we are a mixed couple). We ended up just getting a couple cookies because we didn't like the vibe towards us. The cashier actually dropped my husband's change in his hand as if she didn't want to dare touch a black man. I don't care how fantastic your food is, bad service ruined it for us. Come on people! It's 2024 and racism needs to end!

This $10.99 sub was Amaaazingly Delicious, good ratio of meat cheese on a Tringalis soft sub bun. This is only half of the sandwich , so for me 2 meals with some chips. Tried Bommaritos, tried Ventimiglia (The best so far) next, I will try Angela's. The sub dressing I got on the side, is just Olive Oil a mix Italian Spices. Got home, I tried their dressing, it was good, but missing something, so I used Italian dressing, it was soooooo good. Got dessert too it was delicious as well a product of Italy for under $7.00.

If I lived by this store I'd be broke and 400 pounds. I didn't get that lucky but I do stop for cannolis and focaccia whenever I'm in the area. I am so tempted to order 50 cannolis before my next trip. One evening I came home with 20 and I ate 18 by breakfast the next day. I was supposed to share but these cannolis turn me into an addict. I have had cannolis from many places and these are the only ones that have this effect on me. Réservez une table maintenant

I've been enjoying Ventimiglia's Subs since I was a child. My dad would bring home a Ventimiglia's Sub every once in awhile (when he didn't finish it lol) and let me have the rest of it, and now I do the same. It's amazing, delicious, and timeless. If a sub could be nostalgic, Ventimiglia's has it. 10/10 highly recommend, greatest Sub in the Northern Hemisphere.

Best Italian sandwich I've ever had. Not just in Michigan! I've tried the Italian, rosemary ham and eggplant, prosciutto, and chicken cutlet. Fresh pasta selection here is the best I've seen too. Owner is always behind the counter with the biggest smile.

Got stared down by this super rude lady working at the counter and than she decided to ignore me and go on her phone? Not sure what I did but it was rude and kinda hurt my feelings
