I've gone here several times in the last week and while the people were warm and friendly on each occasion, the food was lackluster at best. On two of the three occasions, the regular steak was almost completely burned. There was hardly any flavor because it was over cooked. On the last occasion, I ate my food in the restaurant and drove back up the mountain. Within in two hours, my insides were screaming. It's a real bummer because I enjoy chipotle. I probably eat there 3-4x a week, but sadly, I probably won't be eating at this one any time soon.
I usually avoid giving negative reviews, but after having a bad experience for the third time in a row at this Chipotle, I feel it's time to share. On two occasions, their register was not working, forcing us to order through the app and wait at least 30 minutes. Today, I ordered through the app at 5:25 and requested it to be ready by 6. It's now 6:20 and I've been waiting for 20 minutes with no sign of my order being ready. I can't join the line again as I've already paid. Despite my love for Chipotle food, this situation is unacceptable.
Ordered a sofritas bowl, they gave me half the bowl. I tried using their website to address it and their chatbot and two different agents never answered my questions, kept making me start over and never did anything to address the problem. Poor food, far worse customer service.I literally used the exact link you just posted, and wasted a ton of time. The chatbot sent me in a loop, the agents kept disconnecting, please do NOT use that link and waste your time too.
I can't say enough good things about this location's Manager. I'm so upset I didn't get his name! He was so patient with me and was able to accommodate my last minute catering order. Everything was hot and delicious and I was even able to order a few last minute items when I got there. The employees here are exceptional! Thanks again. Réservez une table maintenant
After watching the commercials for the carne asada and seeing how good it looked, I finally went in to try it. Not nearly as tender as I expected or as advertised. I had to sneak a few bites into a napkin because it was so tough. It certainly had the potential to be as good as advertised, but not this time.
Both of our Burrito Bowls were made exactly how we ordered them and they were very generous with the portions, which has not been the case with other deliveries recently. We both left feeling satisfied and full. A big shout out to this location! (We travel across the USA)
I've never had a bad experience at a chipotle, if I come here it's because I want a burrito bowl, and a big bag of chips to eat with it. Always hits the spot.Don't forget to dump chipotle Tabasco sauce all over your bowl before eating, it takes it to another level.
