I used to like this Chipotle, but now it’s completely unacceptable. Earlier today, I had an unnecessary argument with a staff member who seemed upset that I, a person who doesn’t eat meat or soy protein substitutes, was fine waiting six minutes for fajitas. I wasn’t in a rush; only they were on the clock. I told her I was willing to wait or she could throw the order away—her choice. She then went to the online order section, “found” some fajita veggies, and still asked me twice more about what protein I wanted after I’d already explained I don’t eat meat or soy.

Visit Chipotle in 21136. Maaaaaan the tall black man was amazing and taught me about certain meats I was like what animal this meat came from lol ???? he was like chicken. Lmaooo my children kept calling me on FT. But it wasn?t a emergency I?mlike don?t call me it?s not a emergency. And he like ?yess a mother need her peace ? you know I felt that cause I did. A calmwent over me and like someone understand me. He made my bowl to perfection. That wasn?t even it. The lady who rung my orderup ask me ?is there anything else you need before you go ? I felt amazing leaving. Then I got home open my bowl it was soogood. This experience made my food soo much better. It?s like they wanted to be there....
Three months in, this Chipotle Mexican Grill location has improved noticeably. Indoor dining is now available with clean tables, and the portion sizes are reasonable (I was too hungry to take a new photo). I’d give it a solid 4 stars. Ordering online is necessary, and the restaurant stays tidy since dining in was previously unavailable. Portions are a bit smaller than other Chipotle spots, and while the flavor is decent, it’s nothing extraordinary. It’s definitely better than the Foundry Row location, which I consider the worst in the state. Overall, this place is just okay—it's new, but there’s little motivation to keep coming back.
Update October 2022 (photos added) This is the newest Chipotle location in Owings Mills, and it’s really disappointing. My family and I are big Chipotle fans, so we keep taking chances here, even though we consistently face rude staff, improperly cooked food, employees not wearing hair nets, and a generally unclean environment. Unfortunately, last week was the last straw— they were out of white rice and corn, and to top it off, I found dreadlocks in my food. If management is okay with that, it feels like anything goes.

I work in customer service all day, and it's not that hard to just put on a smile and greet people. With five people on staff, it's disappointing not to receive any acknowledgment. The atmosphere can either be fun or miserable, and unfortunately, it feels like the latter here.
Additionally, they added a Coke to my order and charged me an extra $3.10 for it, even though I’m diabetic and didn’t order a drink. It’s frustrating to be charged for something I didn’t want.
On top of that, I waited 10 minutes in line just to place my order because there was no one around to assist. When a staff member finally became available, I learned that they were out of the main items that most customers typically want. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and the owner really needs to address this situation. How can a restaurant run out of key ingredients just two hours before closing?
Dear Manager, this is an issue that needs urgent attention. The staff on duty this evening should not be serving customers. Her behavior is genuinely damaging your business, and unfortunately, it seems you were not there to witness it. If she is in a managerial position, she is jeopardizing her own establishment as well. Remember, one happy customer spreads the word just as easily as one dissatisfied customer!
We visited this Chipotle Mexican Grill for dinner, a bit unsure after reading some reviews. However, our experience was great. The staff were friendly, the line moved quickly, and all three of our orders were accurate. Plus, the food was delicious. It seems like they might be improving things.

I'm not sure if it's an issue with the app or something else, but when I visit larger, busier Chipotle locations, there are usually more cilantro-free options available. This location only had one. However, the service here was good.
