Avoid this location at all costs.Food is cold, like maybe it’s the cheese but everytime I bite my chicken is cold… not only that, some of the girls here have really bad attitude and super stingy with the guac… like they don’t dock your pay girl..for being overprotective of the guac. Even when I say I’ll pay for extra guac, stingy.. she usually wears contacts.Not only is food cold, but the utensils are not well stocked and neither are the specialty teas/lemonades.
Each time we’ve picked up from this location the food has been bad. Whether it’s stale tortillas, cold food, or such undercooked rice that it’s crunchy, we’ve never had a good experience. It’s worth it to save your money and drive the few extra minutes to the location further down the road. Seeing that other reviews complain about the same issues, it seems clear that they don’t respect your time or money.
The service at this restaurant was slow even though there wasn't a line. The steak was not cooked to my liking and was tough to cut. The dessert was not sweet and there was no sugar available to adjust the sweetness. The staff seemed disorganized and the trash cans were overflowing. I had to pile my trash on top of the already full cans.
the manager christian is so sweet! there are countless paints where he has helped us with food and free eating is especially in hard times due to Covid-19 and all the workers are so happy to have him, I go again and again for definitiw the best chipotle! Réservez une table maintenant
I had a bad experience at this restaurant. I purchased a burrito that ended up being the most expensive one I've ever bought at $30. It was my first visit and it will definitely be my last.
I've had good and bad experiences at different locations of Chipotle, however, the location by San jacinto College has been consistently good so far, great flavor and just enough spice.
First time coming here, customer service was weak, everyone serving like it’s coming out of their paycheck and to top it off! Chips were stale ?? lol, I can’t with kids these days ?

They don't have any care in making a burrito. They make it so mess and soggy and the burrito falls apart
