I've moved to the DMV area in fall of 2021 and this is my first time getting Chipotle in a long, long time. I see this Chipotle everyday since I live across the street and never got any cravings for it until today. Overall, your standard Chipotle where most, if not all, seats and tables have some sort of grease marks or stains. The servers today were quick and I got my order in less than five minutes even though this was around dinner time (there was practically no line). Usually at around 9:30 PM, there's a crowd of gym bros ordering Chipotle so I guess that's when the real rush hour is at this one. It's standard, nothing to complain about. The daytime team at this restaurant is absolutely fantastic! I haven't seen the previous shift manager in a while, and I think the quality of the place has improved since then. The staff is very friendly, whether I wear my mask or not, and even if I arrive just 2 minutes after opening. There used to be something off about the guacamole (honestly, it seemed like the nighttime team was mixing in sour cream instead of using avocados), but that issue has been completely resolved in the last 6 months. If you're looking for a welcoming team and delicious (albeit unique) burritos or bowls, this is the spot to visit.
This is the worst chipotle I've ever attended. I had to ask for double of everything since the initial portion was so small. She acted several annoyed when I requested more as if I asked for it to fill the entire bowl. Plus, the girl spilled some of the food as if I didn't see her do it in front of me and just wrapped it up. At this point I was so annoyed with the customer service I just wanted to leave. It's sad since this Chipotle's is walking distance from me, but best believe I'll drive before I attend this one again. Or even learn to make it myself.
this chipotle is terrible. I have never received a worse order from here. it's like the employees do half scoops of everything for doordash order I got two bowls and combining them didn't even fill the bowl. absolutely ridiculous for employees to act like the ingredients come out of their paycheck. this is not the first time this has happened at this location but it is definitely the worst it's ever been. anyone ordering through delivery apps do not use this chipotle. shame on the workers. just because I buy through doordash doesn't mean I pay any less

I went to take advantage of the Chipotle Halloween $5 boorito discount. Unfortunately, the Chipotle app and website crashed right at 5:00 when the special began (not an issue with this location). There were many people at the restaurant trying to get their discounted booritos and they informed the management about the online crash. However, the management did not offer any assistance and refused to give the angry customers, who had come for the discount, any compensation. About 40 customers were affected by this issue.
I genuinely hate this chipotle, they deserve 0 stars tbh. I went in one day ordered my food and paid without thinking what I was charged. Luckily I asked for the recipe and noticed they charged me around $20 for double steak and I barely got a full scoop of chicken. I tried to talk to a manger the same day but the told me no one was available.
The portions are toooo small when I asked the lady to add more chicken and I went to the cashier to pay I found him charging me $2 extra dollars for a bit of chicken... I would never go back in there.. boycotting from now on!
After waiting 25 minutes at Carpool and not being attended. We came to Chipotle and were attended right away. Staff was very friendly.

Quick service, reasonable portion, delicious food. Nothing to complain except for that everything but rice was too salty.
I was charged an extra 25 cents for a tortilla. I will not be returning to this restaurant.
