No stars for this store, we were told they didn?t have change for a $100 bill and couldn?t sell it to us It was 12:00 noon and had no change? The food was fresh meat hot off the grill my lettuce was crunchy guacamole fresh you cant beat that and As I was trying to order my meal in Spanish they were super patient and helped me out. I that was Awesomeness they laughed a little at my pronunciation but it was fun though. I was asked was I taking lessons I said No, I just think its important to try and bridge that communication gap when ever I can.
Michel was very rude and dismissive during my transaction at this Chipotle. I regret ever going there. Her manager, Roberto, even laughed at the situation. When I asked for a little extra hot sauce on the side, I was charged an additional $2.00. This added expense left me feeling disappointed and upset. It was a very negative experience.
I really enjoy the food at Chipotle. My favorite dishes are the Sofrito and Chorizo bowls (the vegetarian option). Vladimir is a fantastic manager who always takes care of me. The staff there are also very attentive. I always pick up my food at the location on 7600 Old Georgetown Road in Bethesda.

The meat was kind of poor. I haven?t been back to this location for a few months because I took my family for lunch there one day and it was very disappointing. Nothing against Chipotle in general though. This location was just poor. Smaller portions here too.
Avoid ordering the guacamole at this restaurant if you prefer a smoother consistency, as it consistently contains chunks of avocado. This issue seems to be a common problem at this particular location.
i ordered my bowl without beans because i am allergic to beans and it came with beans. not happy. plus i have no food in my house so i had to go to bed hungry 0/10
Have had it twice and both times the food was very bland and old tasting. Guacamole was browning, rice was undercooked, small chip portions. Wouldn’t recommend
