I've been a regular at Chipotle, going about once a week or every other week, but my experience today was the worst I've ever had. The brown rice was sitting at the bottom of the container, and instead of replacing it with a fresh batch, the employee handed my partner and me the old, stale rice. When we tried it, it was crunchy! My partner also found his steak too dry and overly salty, leading him to leave his burrito unfinished.
To top it off, there were no napkins in the dispenser, the garbage was overflowing, and we struggled to find a place to sit. It wasn't because the restaurant was packed; in fact, we were the only customers there at the time. Nevertheless, all the tables had cheese...
This restaurant is in dire need of new management. I keep trying to give them a chance, but every time I order online, it seems like they make the food when they receive the order and let it sit until it's time for pickup. The food is always cold, and the chicken has a chewy texture, as if it were reheated from the night before.
When you go in, the staff members have a terrible attitude and seem miserable. No one greets you or says thank you. One particular employee has the worst attitude; she will give you a look that feels confrontational. The portion sizes are also laughable. Even when you ask for extra and are willing to pay for it, you get a disapproving stare, and they merely sprinkle...
Terrible! I've never eaten such cold, stale and old food at any chipotle restaurant. I mean, all of the food. It wasn't just the rice or the beans or the sofritas. All of it was old, hard and disgusting. I definitely will only go to army trail from now on. BTW, yesterday someone had mixed meat accidentally with my sofritas. Unacceptable!
This is by far the worst chipotle I’ve ever experienced. Like all the other reviews the food was so old and dry and not warm. Portions were also stingy and the people working were just as cold and dry as the food they served. Will go out of my way to avoid this location. Food was also so salty it was barely edible.

Terrible service. Placed an online order 45 mins before the closed. Food wasn't ready and they couldn't make it because they didn't have any meat, and claimed that they are closed 20 mins before their close time. Had to contact the corp to get a refund. They always mess up the online orders and are very rude.
Vegetarian options: Meals are completely customizable. Vegetarian options include Guacamole, Fajita Vegetables, Sofritas, Black Beans, Rice, Salsa, Tomatoes, Corn or Flour Tortillas
Service was horrible. Stood there a good 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, and 2 came right over to where I was. They mumbled when they talked, and seem to be bothered I paid
Typical Chipotle fare. Over $5 for a side of (2) guacamoles a bit pricey. The rewards seem to expire very quicklyParking: Frozen lot combined with drive through was crowded

I ordered through Uber Eats and didn't receive my chips. I had selected "chips and queso," so there’s no way they could have missed the chips. It's absurd.
