Chipotle Mexican Grill

Sierra Lakes has much better workers. This is the third time I’ve waited for my mobile order here and the FEMALE workers stayed taking the men before me even though I (a female) was visibly in line to pick up my order. Bot at all cool, and it says a lot about who you guys prioritize as customers. I’m not one to take this serious but that was just offensive.

Do better at reading online orders. I specifically put that I wanted extra rice and there wasn’t. I specifically noted that I wanted my guacamole and beans on the side and it was mixed in. There was also sour cream in my bowl that I didn’t ask for. I did an online order because the employees are rude af here. Worst location I’ve ever been to.

This is the second time I've ordered here in the last 2 weeks and both times the rice isn't fully cooked. The rice is crunchy and hard. I love Chipotle but this is ridiculous. We don't order food for it to be undercooked. Please fix this. Speak with and/or retrain your staff on how to cook rice. My dinner is literally ruined.

The inconsistency of this location bothers me since Chipotle is my favorite fast food restaurant it’s the closest one. I have to drive further to get my fix. The chicken isn’t seasoned well every time. Standardize the recipes please.

My flour Tortilla was stale. The employee pulled it from an exposed stack that was not covered or contained in any way. My Burrito basically crumbled as I ate it.
