I’ve driven past this restaurant many times in the past and will likely continue to do so in the future. I know it’s an Americanized Mexican restaurant and shouldn’t be compared to authentic Mexican establishments, but I decided to give it a try. I ordered a steak bowl to-go. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. The steak was flavorful, and the salad and salsa were fresh. However, the rice was undercooked and had a bit of a crunch when I ate it. If the rice had been prepared correctly, I would have rated it four stars. I’m definitely looking forward to visiting this restaurant again in the near future.
I ordered two bowls online on the chipotle app, one for myself and one for my mother. On my bowl I asked extra chicken and paid for extra chicken but still got the normal amount. In my mothers bowl they filled it half way with rice when we specifically asked for no rice on her bowl ,since it messes with her stomach. We also ordered black beans and there was no beans in her bowl. My mother couldn’t even eat her bowl since it was half way filled with rice and most of it was just vegetables. We are deeply upset at how our bowl turned out. I don’t recommend going to this chipotle location.
I normally go to this Chipotle but recently both picking up and delivery when I get my food my burrito was super small missing ingredients. Or the burrito looks like its smashed and falling apart. I ordered delivery and thought I'd give the Bloomingdale location a try again and this time I ordered a steak burrito and go to eat it and no steak in it at all. So I paid the of money for rice and lettuce in a burrito wrap. This location use to be hands down the best and everything was on point. Now I don't know what happened. May need to fined another location.
I visited this location for the first time and found the restaurant to be well-organized and clean. I stopped by on a Sunday night, and it was quite busy. While there are some tables in the central area, most customers opted for takeout. The staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered a bowl with half chicken and steak, along with beans and salad, and it was both delicious and fresh. I will definitely return in the future for more.

See attached photo see for yourself! Try calling their store and the automatic system does not allow me to talk to anybody live! I am beyond frustrated and sick to my stomach and I'm never going back to any chipotle ever again! I attached a photo of the dead bee or some sort off fly and also the receipt! I always been a fan of chipotles steak salad bowl! I want to be compensated for this!
Really disappointed. We order quite often for delivery from this location and everytime we have issues with missing items, or giving the wrong order to a driver. I always get the same bowl with guacamole and it is always missing. Also the portion sizes are redicilously small.
I placed my order through the app and arrived shortly after the suggested pickup time, but I still had to wait. Occasionally, the rice and beans are undercooked. However, the staff is very friendly and willing to rectify any issues that arise.
Food was fresh. Customer service was outstanding. I got exactly what I asked for without asking twice for 2 scoops. I hope they continue to meet my high standards. The place was very clean. Thank you.

employees do not listen to what you tell them, simply asked for guacamole on my bowl, go all the way home and it's not any guac on it whole reason i chose chipotle today
had an online order and it came like this?! half filled and with NO rice! the teenage boys working at night gotta be taught better this is unexceptional
