Customer Service was horrible, food was trash, never really write reviews but this time deserves one after stating they were out of steak for 15 minutes but the steak was almost done just baffled me the pleasant lady that was cooking the steak heard him she caught my eye contact and held her hand up with 5 fingers letting me know that’s how long it would be 5 more minutes after she tell me that as she’s cutting my steak he whispers something to her as if she was in trouble! I just ordered food here. They were out of brown rice and veggies. They didn't even bother making more. I got a bowl and paid for missing items. Bc They were to lazy to cook more. I asked the worker and he said they had none and I asked if I could wait and he stated that they weren't making more for the night. It's 7pm. They don't close until 10pm. I'm very disappointed. This is the third time I have come here and not gotten everything I wanted on the menu. This will.be the last time I come to this one. They need to train better.
Going to start questioning if I want to continue coming to this location. The prices like everywhere continue to go up and continue to get less and less. Today the cheese ran out. Things happen not the end of the world but the employees continue to skimp on the ingredients that were available and nickle and dime every little thing. If missing a key ingredient then should make some concession to keep customers happy or thank them for continuing to make an order even though something is missing.
