We took our friends from Canada to the Clarkston Union Bar and Kitchen for lunch. The food was exceptional. I ordered the Turkey burger and vegetarian chili. Both dishes were delicious. Our friends ordered the burger and grilled cheese. I have never had a bad meal from this restaurant. My only complaint is the noise/volume can get rather high so it makes it difficult to hear, but there is outside seating. The Clarkston Union Bar Kitchen is definitely a favourite of ours and a place we plan to come back and visit.
Lots of beer on tap!! So much to choose from!! We got a place at the bar very quickly for a Friday evening. The place is a bit loud. My husband had the pot pie. Blaaa. Very bland. Veggies with it were also strangely seasoned. I had the brie sandwich of some sort. This was also lack luster. Maybe we should try the mac and cheese next time.

As a former resident of Clarkston, I 've waited over 8 years to experience the most amazing mac 'n cheese on planet earth again! Seriously, in my 70 years I 've NEVER had better! Kurt, just as good as I remember! Well done one all!

The food was satisfactory, and the prices were comparable to other sit-down restaurants, ranging from $15 to $20 per person. The service was commendable, and there is parking available at the back.
this was recommended by a friend than one of the better places in the city, so we thought we would try. parking was incredibly tight and had not.
To be honest, this place was just okay. at the beginning the parking space sucks. be prepared for this the atmosphere is loud. how, really loud.
