Sagano - Clarkston

I had to book online and arrange a 12 o'clock date. I and many other people waited at the door to come around 12 o'clock. they also had time! as it was so cold, we went back and sat half an hour in our cars. we always called, but no one would answer. we also knocked on the doors. we could see lights and people in there, but nobody would answer us. this is a terrible opportunity to treat their customers to let them wait. I'm not coming back. also, I guess opentable terrible. they are not user-friendly, and it is stupid to make reservations when a location is not even open.

We had a great time at Sagano! The hostess was patient with our party as our half took a little longer to get there due to the icy roads and driving. Our server was quick and attentive, the Habachi chef was wonderful, and the food was great!

apart from not lobster at this place, sad face, eating was very good. always a fun place for a birthday dinner.
