I have consistently had great experiences at this restaurant, but tonight was different. I went through the drive-thru and was told to wait a minute. After 10 minutes, someone finally returned to take my order. By the time I got to the window to pay, I had to wait another 10 minutes. When I got home and opened my sandwich, I was disappointed to find that it had very little cream cheese or sauce, despite having plenty of chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was so dry that the sandwich was nearly inedible. This was disheartening because my family and I used to dine here frequently and always enjoyed our meals, particularly with the husband and wife team that owns this location.

Your food is genuinely great, especially considering the price. However, we just arrived at your restaurant, where the sign says you close at 9, and Google also confirms this. Someone even spoke to us—possibly an automated message—when we pulled in an hour before closing. We waited in the drive-thru lane for 10 minutes without any service. Better communication would be appreciated. If you close early or if your hours change, please inform your customers so we don’t have to wait unnecessarily. Your time as restaurant owners is valuable, and we hope our time—especially as fans of your establishment—is respected as well.
You guys actually have really great food, or at least good for the price. But we literally just pulled up to your restaurant, which sign says closes at 9, Google says closes at 9, someone even talked to us (may have been automated not sure) when we pulled up an hour before close, and we sat there for 10 minutes in the drive thru lane with nothing. Better communication please, if you close early, or if your hours change, let us know so we don't sit there. Your time as restaurateurs is precious, please don't have your customers who actually enjoy the experience you provide waste theirs

Unfortunately, this was my first and last visit to this restaurant. My sub was incredibly dry, with hardly any sauce, and I didn't receive everything I ordered or paid for. The bread was falling apart, and overall, the flavors were dull and lacking. I was hoping for a change from the usual Subways, especially after seeing some positive reviews about this place. However, I really don't understand what went wrong with our order. We ordered three subs, and not a single one was worth mentioning or anything special.
Unfortunately this was my first and last time there. My sub was so dry with hardly no sauce and didn't get everything I asked or paid for. The bread was crumbling and everything was honestly plain and flavorless. Subways terrible these days so was looking for something different. I seen some positive reviews about this place but I don't understand what happen to our order. We ordered 3 subs and not 1 of them was anything to brag about or even close.
The house-made tempeh at this restaurant is outstanding. The sub is topped with BBQ sauce, tomatoes, and diced red onions. The owners are incredibly friendly too. On two different occasions, I forgot to request no cheese on my order, but they gladly remade it without any hassle. Today, I was even offered a short wait to enjoy a fresh batch of tempeh.
My friends and I absolutely love visiting this place! The subs are fantastic, and the owners are genuinely kind people. One of my friends has allergies, and they always make a special effort to accommodate her needs. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. I really wish it were closer so I could go more frequently!

This is a restaurant you definitely need to visit. It's family-owned and offers fantastic service along with delicious food. It's a must-try! There’s something on the menu for everyone, whether you choose to dine in, take out, or use the drive-thru. You won't regret going here!
