Here's a rewritten version of the restaurant review in English: **Food:** The portions were decent, but I was disappointed to find there were no chips or brown guacamole. **Service:** I was met with a blank stare and a mumble of "no chips," which left me feeling quite let down. **Atmosphere:** I’m not overly picky, but I could have done without the employee who was vaping and taking a nap in one of the booths. It just added to the disappointment of a dinner without chips. **Cleanliness:** Additionally, the women's restroom was in poor condition—it looked like someone had stood over the toilet and made quite a mess on the seat and floor.

The unprofessionalism here is astonishing!Employees were yelling the entire time we were there. Full line, waiting to order while one of the employees was just standing there and kept repeating im off the clock, i just clocked out shrugging her shoulders. Different employee pointed at my girlfriend and yelled something about how 'they need to stop coming in so I can get off this table ' she later tore off her apron and threw it before leaving her coworker to his lonesome to finish our order. I 'm sitting in the dining area typing this out as there is ONE SINGLE employee takling the entire line BY HIMSELF. Unbelievable!!

No idea how this place manages to stay open, or why I continue to go back. Normally just deal with the poor attitudes of the employees and the trashed conditions of the restaurant. But this time both my son and I noted the chicken didn't taste like it usually does. Then the next day my son got ill, and my stomach has also not been the same. Not worth it taking another chance on this place, or any of the other Chipotles around Lyndhurst/Mayfield/Highland Hts. Again, no idea how they continue to stay open. So many complaints on social media.

Remarkably poor, compelling me to review — clearly devoid of management. Arrived at 7:30 pm, out of guacamole, lettuce and pico de gallo. Dining area was unkept with gnats flying around. Oddly, 2 employees on break left their trash behind on the table. Drink area quite messy, empty of napkins, non-carbonated drinks. Quite atypical for Chipotle franchise, would really benefit from engaged management later in evening. Réservez une table maintenant

I’ve visited this restaurant several times over the past three months due to its close location to my workplace, and each time has been disappointing. The place is consistently dirty, the staff hardly make eye contact, and I've never gone there when they had everything I wanted on the lunch menu. They frequently run out of taco shells and fajita vegetables, and the meat options can be inconsistent.

If I could give them zero stars, I definitely would . Very unprofessional cussing in front of customers and talking about inappropriate things in a workplace is crazy.

This was my first time at this location and I think it’s one of the best locations I’ve been to! The staff was very nice, friendly, and the food was great. Thank you!

There were five staff members at this location, yet only one was taking care of the line of customers. It seemed like they didn't really care at all. Réservez une table maintenant
