We had a fantastic dining experience at a Turkish restaurant where we enjoyed some incredibly delicious seafood and meat dishes. The highlight of our meal was the delicious fish, perfectly cooked and bursting with flavor. The seasoning was spot on, enhancing the natural taste of the seafood. The meat dishes we ordered were equally impressive, with succulent meat and wonderful seasoning that showcased the rich and aromatic spices of Turkish cuisine. The Bosphorus is a cozy place with excellent food and a caring staff. The turkish food is outstanding and us presented beautifully. Although small it does tend to get noisy but that does not detract from the overall experience. I am a vegetarian and the dish I have had was exceptional. There were great salads and the Houlumi cheese appetizer was excellent. The meat and fish entrées were also appealing. The prices were fair for food of this quality. I reccomend this place wholeheartedly. Vegetarian options: Excellent mixed vegetable dish. Great salads.
Without a doubt, The Bosphorus is home to the most delectable Turkish cuisine on the entire east coast. No other establishment can rival the culinary experience offered here. Each dish is a masterpiece of flavor. The staff, particularly Nora, are incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting my wife and I with warm hugs. We enjoyed the hummus and shepards lettuce appetizers, along with the chicken schish kabob and Chicken Adana. The baklava was simply divine. I cannot speak highly enough of The Bosphorus. I would give it 10 stars if possible!
We stumbled onto this restaurant on Google Maps and it is great! Took other reviewers’ advice and went for the halloumi salad, Adana kebab bronzino which were all fantastic but the piece de resistance was the kunefe for dessert best I’ve ever had even compared to Arab markets in Mideast. It is prepared fresh and individually and served hot — OMG. Do not miss this wonderful restaurant and the very friendly staff. Service: Dine in Réservez une table maintenant
