Dirtiest, slowest Chipotle I’ve been to. Two dropped bowls and broken glass on the sidewalk. EVERY table was dirty with food and trash. Half of the fountain drinks were out of order, the lemonades were empty. Trash on the counter under the drinks, out of napkins. The trash cans were overflowing so I had to shove my food down on top. Yes I said food, found a hair in my daughter’s bowl and threw it away. The manager did refund our money for that one. We were overcharged. Family of 5 spent over $50 for lunch. I went back to the counter with receipt and food. The employee rolled her eyes twice and said, “no you weren’t” then when my husband showed her we never got the side item we were charged for she said in a nasty tone; “well, do you want a refund?” She refused to give me her name when I asked for her name. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was the manager. Our receipt gave her name. This ranks as one of the worse customer experiences I’ve ever had. And I’ve been in management. This was my go-to Chipotle for several years. I go every Friday night and get dinner for a family of 5 (I spend a lot of money there and have over time). Something happened there in recent months. The staff has completely turned over. It now looks like a jobs program; the servers are clueless and very poorly trained. They are completely undisciplined and constantly run out of items. They walk around talking to each other while the line piles up. Some are nice, but there is no leadership and the team seems totally unprepared for their job. They have no skills and no ability to properly communicate with the customers. Total fail for whoever took this restaurant over.

they only give you half of a scoop of rice. (I can still see the bottom of my bowl. a full scoop of sour cream, a little sprinkle of meat and a whole handful of cheese. my whole meal was sour cream and cheese. please retrain your employees portion control because they have forgotten how to do it.
The workers are the most useless people I’ve ever had the displeasure of meeting. They open the store late, don’t know how to make food correctly, extremely rude and lack of communication. 0 stars worst chipotle
I’ve been eating at this chipotle for over seven years. Lately, the online orders simply have not been enough food. I’m left sorely disappointed and hoping for more next time.
Employee was extremely rude. Beefing with me over a tortilla like babes pls. When I finally got my food … there was a hair. This is unacceptable.
