We don’t eat out often, and rarely at Chipotle. Pressed for time on a late night this week and also still needing a lunch plan for the next day, we stopped in and ordered four burritos, all with relatively the same ingredients, but some differences in selection. All four were double sofritas. When finished being made, one burrito was double the size of all the others, so that’s the one the two of us split for dinner and made the three smaller ones our individual lunches for three of us the next day. Chipotle is the same everywhere. The sofritas is made of some kind of soy, and the fajita veggies are grilled in oil. Order the bowl instead of the burrito to save 320 calories. The guacamole will add 230 calories; chips add 500+ calories. Pass on the cheese and sour cream. They are clean, courteous, friendly, fast and there is always seating available.
I was disappointed with my experience. The guacamole was discolored and black, the rice was hard as a rock, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. The staff didn't seem to care about the quality of their service or food. I won’t be returning to this Chipotle again.
Updating on 02/23: totally different staff, fast and helpful. Night and day experience with last time.Nice staff but so slow. I had to wait 10 min before ordering anything (I was 1st in line) because they were out of everything (rice, chicken, vegetable, etc).

Pathetic attitude by cashier.How do they treat paying customers with such arrogance. Good work management with training, maybe teach your employees to respect other humans while at job. Never to be back.
I work in the area and decided to stop by for a late lunch. The restaurant wasn't busy, but I found it to be quite dirty. Additionally, the staff had a noticeable attitude problem.
Check your mobile orders. They give you like half the portions. This is literally what I got.
Says closes @11pm but they’re already closed at 10:20pm.Correct your hours!
