Chipotle Mexican Grill

when a tag chipotle companie closes, they will be able to pin point to this special store than the beginning of the end. I do not even blame the workers because they are clearly overwhelmed, is simply badly managed. constant lack of products, they open 11 o'clock and are always out of something, one day they have drinks on the other day they are empty, bad quality of eating, and people do not even know how to roll a burrito.

They are usually excellent, but I had a disappointing experience at the Hyde Park location on 53rd Street, which I won’t be returning to when I’m in town. Every single order was mishandled, earning them the nickname "The Dribbler." I won't be coming back! Additionally, they don't accept cash anymore due to Covid, and the way they operate just feels off.

this is the worst chip in the whole chicagoland. they are constantly forgetting objects, divorce orders when they pay a premium for extra. worst employee they've ever ordered. Never go here, go to the 10 minutes on the road in rosemont. I hope everyone who works here gets what comes to them chipotle is so good, but these people make it so disgusting

They are usually great. There is one location in Hyde Park (53rd St) that I will never revisit when I 'm in the city. They shortchanged me on every single order. I call them The Dribbler. Hard pass on that location! They also excluded cash transactions due to Covid. They just operate differently there.

Love the staff, they are super friendly and efficient with their line of work. The food look well and prepared at a timely manner. There is hardly waiting time. Truly appreciate each individual who has served me in the past. Looking forward to many more bowls and tacos in the near future!

I ordered from the Chipotle app for pickup on Saturday before 7 PM. Unfortunately, several of the chips were soggy, and I paid extra for a tortilla on the side, which was missing from my order. I ended up wasting a $20 gift card at this place. I'm really disappointed.

Ordered 5 carnitas tacos and I got 5 rice and cheese tacos with a hint of carnitas. Then I called the restaurant and the manager said"if you wanted extra meet you should have asked for it"SMFH.

this chipotle is the worst chipotle ever. the rice is always hard and they always miss an article in their order. I was here three times and after my third time I stopped going. it is terrible

Came like 30 min before then place was a mess and they said had nothing. Like to close early.. floors and everything look disgusting. Do not recommend
