I 'm not sure which Chipotle is worse, this one or the Pelham Manor location but it should not feel like a privilege to buy a quick meal. I don 't expect Michelin service but having the 'manager ' giving customers attitude is extremely inappropriate. If she doesn 't like what she does, she should pick a different profession. The attitude that she gives is as if the customers and even her own staff! are an inconvenience to her. She barked aggressively at the young worker who was making online orders because she wanted him to take something out of the oven. I ordered two burrito bowls, one with traditional chicken, and a second with 'Pollo Asado '. When I specified which bowl should have which...
Got two chicken bowls yesterday, pinto beans and rice completely undercooked (think crunchy... . Posted complaint online, got a bot that gave me two BOGO coupons good for one month. I'm sorry, you want me to buy two more meals to make up for the two inedible ones? Filled out a form online with a review with the option for company to get back to me. Still waiting to hear back. No possibility to speak with an actual human. So disappointed with Chipotle
I was so happy that my favorite burrito place is closer to us. The past orders from other locations have been disappointing but on 3.29.21, I took the chance. I was so happy I did. My order was perfect. The large guacamole was in an actual large container, not the small plastic like I usually get. I do hope the service stays the same... Thank you everyone who worked on our order, you made dinner w the fam amazing!
The staff are nice, the food is good, but my husband and I have ordered chips sporadically with burrito bowls since they opened and I have never had anything other than completely stale chips. Probably 4 or 5 experiences and last night cemented that we?ll never order chips and guac on the side again, since it?s just a waste of money.
