Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered two burritos and a Mexican Coke online, and I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes when I arrived. However, they didn't have the Coke, so I ended up getting a bottled Sprite instead. Not a big deal, but the app could use some improvements in accuracy. I got home in under 15 minutes, only to find that my burrito was cold. I had also requested no rice in my burrito, but it had plenty of it—and to top it off, there was no meat!

We go here frequently usually at least once or twice a week. Service was fine but the food today was a disaster. Today (8/6), we ordered a chicken bowl and a chicken salad. The chicken was WAYYYY over seasoned with salt, to a point where Icouldn?t feel my tongue afterwards. Who ever prepared the chicken today got a carried away with the salt.

This is the worst Chipotle. I won't give them anymore chances. They are always out of something. Today it is sour cream and chips. Plus they want to charge $1.25 for extra rice on a veggie burrito. It's worth the drive to the one on Folsom blvd. Ican't wait to see what replaces them cause they are obviously on there last keg.

I consider this location to be the best place to eat if you're choosing Chipotle. The Fair Oaks Boulevard site is the cleanest one I've encountered. It's the only place I've found where there aren't flies buzzing around the food or empty buckets cluttering the area. I sincerely hope they maintain this high standard. Réservez une table maintenant

I had a frustrating experience with the server at this restaurant. They served me a shredded beef dish that was so juicy it overflowed from the bowl. By the time I got to my car, it was leaking everywhere. I had to go back inside to ask for an extra tray and some foil to contain the mess.

I essentially received a burrito that was overloaded with sour cream, as that’s all I could taste. When I order in person, it never tastes like this. I couldn’t even taste the salsa, and there was barely any chicken. I really dislike ordering from this location!

The burrito bowl was only filled halfway and lacked several ingredients. The chips and tortilla on the side were decent, but overall, the burrito bowl just wasn't worth it at this location.

Did not receive guacamole in burrito or with chips. Burrito made very small and not to the right specifications. Poorly crafted burrito : Réservez une table maintenant

Always from fajita Veggies. As usual. I don't understand. Mobile orders always run back, so just go in instead of ordering.

They forgot to include my chicken in my bowl and didn’t give me my chips. It was really frustrating!
