Two male employees had a disgusting attitude, they gave tiny portions and when i asked for more rice, they put barely any and then laughed with each other about it. I told another cashier they were rude and they heard me, when i walked away they blatantly looked at my underage teenage daughter from behind in a very obviously gross way. I called them disgusting, so they yelled cursing and calling my daughter ugly as we walked out. I never have issues at chipotle but this made me not want to go back, sick behavior. I tried to call to complain to a manager and couldn’t get through to anyone but a robot ,and that’s also ridiculous in itself. Don’t go here.
Apparently you can no longer get anything on the side, we ask for peppers on the side because we’re sharing the food with a toddler and dude prepping the food just says “they’re not spicy” in an annoyed tone and throws them on top. Same thing happened with the salsa. The employees at the Willow Grove location are good people. This one, not so much.
I love Chipotle. All their foods including their new queso blanco is delicious. The only reason I give a less star is because sometimes their workers don't know how to wrap and massage Burrito and something they don't put enough ingredients on the bowl when I order online.
I uselessly don't have a problem. But this time I was mad. I got it for dinner for my family and when we went home and started eating my wife and I both had hair in our food. None of the server's had hair net's on.

Not the worst place out there but the food is pretty bland and they give almost half the amount of food they originally did with an extremely small portion of protein so I definitely prefer Cali tortilla lol
Food was actually hot and so fresh. The staff was quick with the service. Chicken was easy to eat not hard or chew. Clean seating area and bathroom were also clean.
Tom is probably the most passionate Chipotle worker I've ever experienced. I was so many in America. He speaks of the importance of customer satisfaction.
Usually good portions. Very skimpy on the salsas that came with the Quesadilla. Still tastes good just ran out of salsa: ,
