Came in for my second time to try the burger again. Always good to try something twice just to be sure. This immediately catapulted into my top three burgers in the Twin Cities.It’s a smash burger, which I normally don’t choose but this was…incredible. I haven’t been wowed like that in years. The skirt was massive all around. The char was a perfect level of crunch. Go for the double if you’re hungry. The bun, the pickles and the cheese are all a perfect combination.Trust me.
I have to say, I’ve come to genuinely enjoy Chip's. During my first visit, I was a bit puzzled as it resembles a strip mall from the outside. However, once you step inside, you realize that this place has a much richer personality than what its exterior suggests. It’s charmingly quirky, offers delicious food, and has a lively atmosphere that’s perfect for drinks and dinner away from campus.
Enjoyed an early dinner at Chip’s, it fills up quickly. We had two nice drinks from the cocktail menu nicely prepared. Dinner was the burger, the Rueben, and fries. All very tasty. Reminds me of a neighborhood supper club vibe. Recommend to all we sat in the bar at a high top, but there are also booths and tables for larger groups. Parking is available behind the building.
The food was incredible! Our server, Maddie, provided exceptional service and made fantastic recommendations for our meal. I highly encourage everyone to try Chips! Réservez une table maintenant
A little expensive but definitely worth the price. Fantastic food, service, and dim lit atmosphere with unique relaxing music. Want to go back while writing this.
Great food, drinks, and staff. A wonderful neighborhood spot to walk to, but worth the drive (with plenty of parking) no matter where you are.
The burger is fantastic! The red lighting creates a dark atmosphere inside the restaurant.
