While there are a couple of decent alternatives, like Hachi and perhaps Ooka, Cho Cho San stands out for its freshness, innovation, and reasonable pricing (without being cheap). This has the best Tempura compared to any Japanese restaurants, hands down. Thin and crunch batter with moist veggies, shrimp and chicken. It is a must try!
