I gave them 2-3 tries before writing this review, just to make sure I felt the same about the quality of their food. My final, personal verdict is that they 're just okay. The chicken wings aren 't as crispy as I 'd like them to be like at Bonchon, Pelicana, etc. and their soy garlic sauce is a tinge too sweet, but they 're decent enough to eat. Their bubble tea is also very average compared to cafes that specialize in bobas. I think maybe if they had made mine a bit colder, it would be much better. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because this delicious chicken is not consistent. I used to order the tikku wings at least 2 times a month! Recently, I have ordered the tikku wings 2 separate times and the wings were burnt and the sauce was more of a drizzle than the classic tossed. However, I switched back to classic fried wings and those have never seemed to fail. A juicy, tender inside, with a crispy flavor packed coating that is my personal favorite wing of all time. Soy garlic is refreshing with a bit of kick, red pepper is a death sentence for your tongue if you're eating the whole order to yourself, but also tasty. Maybe the tikku will make a come back, but I would not take...
We ordered fish and chips and a five-piece wings last night online, only to arrive and find a "closed" sign on the door. I tried calling, but the call didn't go through. Please update your website, as it's frustrating to be charged for something we can't receive. This feels quite unprofessional. I was looking forward to trying other locations, but after this experience, we won't be returning.
I'm not sure what's going on with this location. I successfully placed an order online for pickup, but when I got there, I found a closed sign on the door. Additionally, the phone number doesn't ring at all; it just results in dropped calls. Now I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back since the charge seems to have gone through without any issues.

This used to be my go to location, every weekend kind of thing and if you asked a week or two ago would have said 5 stars easy, they still have the best fried chicken but their change to the garlic spicy sauce makes this a no go for me... sorry CM chicken but you lost me as a customer
Just came in to check out the place. Wasn 't greeted, no kind of eye contact, the gentleman just stood at the register looking down. I asked if the tea was sweet....his answer was everything here is sweet . Not very friendly!. Not sure if I will return for a meal.
The chicken was quite tasty, but I've heard that they are still charging customers even while the location is closed. What's going on with that? Does anyone have any insider knowledge about why this location shut down?

I love this CM chicken store than any other CMs. Store is very clean and foods are very tasty. I prefer dine in. Weeks day dine in customer service is super nice
Best Korean fried chicken franchise in the states. Bbq chicken is a close second. Then pelicana.
