Chop Steakhouse Richmond

A nice experience at Chops. The server was busy but attentive to every table and made sure we have everything we needed and even offered a free birthday dessert as we were dining in for a birthday celebration. I do feel the food can be improved a bit though. The vegetables (carrots, zucchini, cauliflower) can definitely use more flavour. I honestly think the restaurant can attract more customers if they tweak their recipes a bit and consider exploring different vendors for their meat. They have a great location, decor and service

Everything from the moment we arrived to the time we left was an amazing experience. Our server was top notch! Food was fantastical! Highly recommend giving this place a try

It was a good evening. Didn’t feel rushed. Good drink, appi, and meal selections. Greeting staff were ok, a little aloof but servers were great personality and service wise
