We were warmly greeted by the friendly hostess and seated at our requested booth, where our attentive server, Cody, took care of us. As first-time guests, we were delighted when the chef brought us some bread with goat cheese to start our meal. The service was exceptional, with Cody paying close attention to every detail. He made so much effort to ensure the cocktail that I ordered was to my liking. Our prime rib was incredibly tender, and we also enjoyed the delicious tuna tataki and crab cake, although the escargot was just average. Very enjoyable Happy Hour in the Lounge Chop Richmond. Good variety of food drink options to choose from. White sparkling sangria was very refreshing! Wild mushroom and goat cheese dip w/ crostini very tasty, rich filling. Garlic chili shrimp came with yummy mini ciabatta bread. Tuna tataki was served with edamame, sprouts radish strips. The corn ribs were lightly battered, fried seasoned and served with spicy lime aoli. Yum!! Finger lickin good! We lost sight of our server once or twice during the night but overall we were well served. Place was moderately busy but not noisy. Large outdoor patio to try when weather warms up!

I had always wanted to try Chop for years, and finally got the chance to go with friends to celebrate a birthday. Karen was particularly delightful, and we all enjoyed the food and atmosphere. I would definitely go back again.

Best prime rib sandwich I have ever had. Everything on the menu was amazing. Chicken BLT was also fabulous. French fries Caesar salad was outstanding. Very busy at lunch but never hurried us.

We have experienced a few Chop restaurants across Alberta and BC. The Richmond location is one of the best and our food was excellent and the service was top shelf.

Bbq ribs dry, not as good as before. My guest and the table behind me also not quite happy with their entrees as well.
