So this is my second time at this location in chino hills and I must say I was very disappointed…. I ordered a Greek Chop and what I was received wasn’t a chopped salad I basically received a basic salad, none of the romaine lettuce was chopped and when I asked if they can chop my salad both employees refused and told me that’s how it comes… I politely asked if they “in general “ chopped the salads here they both said yes… but for whatever reason refused to actually chop my salad, at a point I did again politely ask for a refund because the quality and quantity of the salad wasn’t worth $13 , 1 employee which was a young girl didn’t know how to issue a refund and called her manager while wai...
We often visit this location, but I'm not sure we'll continue to do so in the future. Usually, the staff is very attentive and present in the shop, but as I sit in the parking lot now, I see that seems to have changed. There appears to be a new employee who is more focused on his phone than on the customers. I had to knock on the counter several times and essentially shout to get his attention, but he just stared at me and let his coworker assist me instead. I think I will be looking for another chop stop to spend my money at.
This was my first time visiting, and I must say, they have a great variety on the menu. The salad I ordered was absolutely delicious. For those who say this place is expensive, remember that you get what you pay for. If you want quality and freshness, this is the place to be. If you’re looking for a $5 salad, you might as well go to McDonald's. The restaurant was very clean and well-organized. I highly recommend it, and the staff was friendly.
The young employees here seem to lack a strong focus on customer service. If you happen to be too friendly, they might even call the police—seriously! Fortunately, the fresh salad ingredients keep us coming back. It seems like there's always a new staff since it appears that younger people prefer to rely on taxpayer support rather than working, unlike my generation and many others before me. It's a bit of a waiting game.

The salad looked like the kind they have at Albertson?s for 3 for $10. The lettuce was a little wilted. I ordered the salmon salad and there was no salmon in there besides a few salmon crumbles. Then I ordered the chicken soup and it tasted likehospital food. It had no flavor at all. I couldn?t even eat it. Total waste. ????
Best salads in town and big portions as well. The store is super clean and service is great and really fast. My favorite definitely has to be the Santa Fe Chop but you can also create your own. I 100% recommend Chop Stop you won't regret it.
Love this place. Super healthy options and I like the option to make my own chop. Located in a cute area to walk around after.
