Who is managing this establishment?! I don't typically write reviews, but I felt compelled to after my experience with the salad. I spent $18 on a salad that was inedible. The lettuce was brown and wilted, the tomatoes were chopped carelessly, and the rest of the ingredients looked as if they were prepared by someone who doesn’t care about their job. Everything was stale, and the dressing had an unpleasant taste. To top it off, there were fruit flies coming out of the container when I opened it. Absolutely unbelievable! I had heard great things about this salad place, but now it’s off my list for good. You're better off making your own salad at home!
First, I want to mention that Google Maps has the location wrong; the restaurant is actually outside the mall, next to Land’s End and across the parking lot from Ulta. It's a charming little spot for salads and wraps. While the drink options are limited, they do carry Spindrift club soda, which I liked. However, when my friend requested a Diet Coke, they didn’t have any cold ones available. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed my salad, and my friend was pleased with her wrap.
My favorite chain salad bar. How I would describe their ingredients: healthy, high quality, fresh Super friendly staff that know how to manage the flow of the busy lunch rush. I love how the big the portions of the salads are and they don't cheap out with adding the fix-ins. The place is super clean and the staff will always remake your salad if your order goes wrong. great quick casual lunch/dinner spot
I won't be returning! I always order curbside, but for the past three visits, they've forgotten to include the avocado I paid extra for. I end up waiting and waiting, and no one comes out with my order, forcing me to get my two toddlers and dog out of the car to go inside and pick it up myself.

Went in today for the first time when driving through Paramus and looking for a healthier option. The employees were super helpful and recommended the chicken tinga which was exactly what I needed. Such a nice little vibe for a salad shop. Can't wait to be up here again for another visit!
I wanted to like this place, but after two visits I can’t do this anymore. Wilted greens not even chopped into easy to eat pieces. The dressing didn’t do it any favor and the taste was still so bland.Vegetarian options: You can build your own salad, but it will likely be disappointing.
Every time I order curbside pick up without fail they never put my avocado in my salad that I paid extra for and they never bring my order out to me. I always have to go in and get it and then get home to realize there is no avocado
Service was terrible! When asked to be helped you don’t reply “I’m talking.” Especially while wearing a supervisor/manager shirt. Meanwhile, I’m with my almost 1 year old. Shame on you. We won’t be back.

Not only is it expensive, but I found a green lacewing in my salad. Have to admin I lost my appetite after that... they also didn't add some of the ingredients that were supposed to be in the salad.
I tried Chopt for the first time the other day and was thoroughly impressed. The food was great and so was the customer service.
