The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, and I appreciated the opportunity to lead them during my time there. The products offered are excellent; I often told Chris that they create a really high-quality product. Unfortunately, the leadership struggled due to weak management and poor business decisions. One of the greatest strengths of this establishment is its team's work ethic, which often goes unrecognized by the higher-ups. It's disappointing to see such a small-minded approach from a company that has been around for 20 years.
