Popped in for a drink before heading off for our meal. The lady that served us was very pleasant and served with a smile. Options on tap were varied altho my friends had the ale I wanted a shandy and the lady gave me options of lager. Nice atmosphere. Hadn't been here in years since we used to visit to see Blow the Duo. TV screens were on but not obtrusive. Plenty if good seating including sone lovely looking booths. Really nice bar.
We have just had my Mother’s 100th birthday celebrations at Christies Wine Bar and Sue and the staff were amazing. They could not have done more to make the afternoon so special. They were all attentive to our needs, allowed us to decorate the room and were there to ensure everyone’s needs were met. The buffet food was fantastic and everyone was catered for. Thank you so much for everything.

I went to this restaurant with my friends today and I have to say, the food was amazing and reasonably priced. I usually have no problem finishing my plate, but today I almost couldn't because the portion was very generous. However, the flavor was so delicious that I had to keep eating until the very end. Went today, with four friends, I had the beer battered cod and chips and peas, it was delicious I loved every mouthful. Great price too, the girls that served us were lovely and friendly greeted us with lovely smiles too. Thank you
Great place, bar staff were quick and efficient. Drinks were clean and reasonably priced. There was a band on that evening, absolutely fantastic! There song range catered for everyone. 10/10 I will surely return.
First time for a Roast Dinner on Sunday 14th April. One of the best roast dinners I have had, good quality food, portions large, service good, great value, will definitely be back.
