This review is for the Huntington Beach location on 11th Street. I had a very disappointing experience. Out of the four burritos I ordered, only one was correct; the other three had incorrect toppings. I called and spoke with Alicia, who said she was the manager. She was rude, argued with me, and refused to give her last name or let me speak to anyone else. Despite her effort to withhold her name, I was able to find it. What happened to good customer service? My family and I have been loyal customers for years, but after this experience, we won’t be coming back. It’s time to replace staff like this with competent employees. I’m very disappointed and will not return to this location.
