super disappointed that they have become very strategic to make profit vs deliver good customer service. Apparently, they can only hold their card once they could hold them in. So I brought my children on a Saturday and they were so excited and went immediately to play I used the card when chuckee came to bc there were other children and of course I would like to make the best of their playing time. then they were ready to eat, they strategically do it no one told us before the hand that they can only hold the card once. now our food is ready and we need to finish our time or it will expire, I paid 45 minutes to waste $22 away when we eat our food freshly made. what a fraud we will try peter...

The food was delicious and served hot and fresh. However, the staff appeared disinterested and many machines were out of order, with kids climbing on the games. This may have been due to it being a weekday, but it still affected the overall experience. Dining in for dinner cost between $10-20 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 2, and atmosphere a 2. Recommended dishes are the pizza and wings.

Came in to have a father daughter time walked in with a milk shake cup this black maintenance came approaching me rudely… she was old enough to be some one grandmother so I respectfully walked away I would not recommend this place to take your family the Chuck E. Cheese on hwy6 North always do people well Ima continue going there for good time…

I took my niece several times to this place. everything would be in order if it wasn't for mark (I think it's a manager there. is rude. act, as if he had done us a favor to go into the room. he needs customer service training. Réservez une table maintenant

despite this chuck e. cheese managed to keep everything clean! we saw the manager several times cleansing, counter and wiping the games down.
