We bring our three children here every year for all three birthdays. The last two times were very bad experiences. Both were the same server, but it seems to be a problem of setup, as none of the employees want to be there. Luckily an employee of a closed Chuck E. Cheese in Port Orange was there and she could anoint my daughter's birthday party. Her name was Marquette. Here at the Altamonte Springs location. I've been coming here having parties for my kids for 28 yrs. No more after today!!! There are 4 people in the entire business. We showed up with 6 families for a birthday party for my 3 year old. We were told we could not sit at the large 20 top tables because somehow splitting us up on 7 smaller booths creates less of a mess for them to clean up. How does splitting the party up create less of a mess??????? We asked to speak to the manager (lady) , she stood firm on her associates decision. She could not explain to me how it made sense either, but she was adamant. I wonder why the place is empty so often now.... Wrangling multiple groups of 2-6 yrs old...
Fun place to take the kids. I would say the games are more catered to children 12 and under. They gave pizza salad bar as well as beef and wine for the adults. Play games win prizes and have good times with the family. This location is next to the Congo River in altamonte springs.
