Chuck cheese is pretty legit these days. They upgraded out of the stone age and switched from tokens to the pay cards. Just makes for a easier experience for all. I do still enjoy the fact the machines give actual tickets. Its still satisfying in its own way. Almost all the food they make here is edible. Its not gourmet but its definitely decent. A broken game is few and far between here. In fact I'm honestly not sure if I even saw 1 and to say there's 100+ can't ban an exaggeration. The tubes are a little lacking and there's no ball pit and such but its honestly not that bad. The staff all seem attentive and they don't all look life the life has been sucked out of them like slinkies staff....
Ive been going here ever since I was little myself. I feel like it has definitely gone down hill a bit. The soft play is non-existent now. They do have a variety of games for big children and small babies. The animatronics don't work anymore/ they don't use them anymore. They do have great deals on game play. You can choice between points or just a time limit which is cool. You can also get deals with pizza and games. They also have a rewards system which is always a plus.
They have really stepped up their game! It used to cost around $150 to dine there and receive tokens. Now, they offer a buffet-style service from 11 am to 2 pm for just $6.49 per person. It felt reminiscent of Cici's—no more tokens; they use cards similar to those at Tilt. The manager and staff were incredibly friendly, and the place was very clean. It's definitely improved since last year!
