This Chuck E. Cheese was great, the staff was really friendly helpful, something we were not expecting going in. We were greeted kindly walking in the front door. A male staff member was able to answer our questions regarding the playing points tickets. The only thing we will say is some of the games were kind of sticky, I am assuming after a long day, but the cashier when trading the tickets (didnt catch her name : , was also really kind helpful. Forgot to add one thing! After many years of not having been to Chuck E. Cheese we were expecting it to be kind of dead. ? We're 90's kids, please don't come after us, but Chuck E. I was really excited to celebrate my son's birthday here, it was the first time we wanted to celebrate it here, the first thing I noticed was that the band of the Animatronics was not there, it had a huge black tarp that covered it, so all our pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our package was included a song from there, we added Goodie bags. We felt really abandoned and I was so angry, but we just left it that I wanted my son to have a good birthday. My husband told the manager and she gave us a discount, no excuse just said, okay this is your new sum. A discount doesn't fix her mistake. It took almost 45 minutes to be ready for the food order and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was just told that it would take a few more minutes because it was just started. I got no reason and no excuse for the delay. I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager, so I would have understood the situation, but the treatment I was given was not professional or service oriented in my opinion. I was also not satisfied with the process of leaving my comments on the company website.
After a few years of not having been to this Chuck E. Cheese let me tell you guy's it's well kept. Everything was super clean all the games were working and the staff was awesome ?. And actually the pizza taste way better and that's the reason I'm giving them 5 stars. Réservez une table maintenant
