The Chuck E. Cheese in La Mirada falls short of meeting the brand's standards. The first red flag is the unpleasant smell upon entering the restaurant. This deterred me from trying the food and instead opting to play some games, only to find that half of them were out of order and another quarter required assistance from the unhelpful staff. The employees seemed unhappy and lacking in customer service skills. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I wouldn't be surprised if the restaurant underwent new management or closed down in the near future. 1 star. Thank you for the warning.

A little brief story.I used to be an employee for CEC back in the days! We used to thrive for excellent customer service. Now, I am very disappointed with La Mirada Manager only). He was rude and seriously threated us in a very respestful way this past Friday. He said oh you had 4 different orders seriously you are there to serve your guest! We are bringing business to you! Awesome staff. Was hesitant because of COVID but it was a good experience. Kids washed up their hands and would definitely bring the kids back.
