This was a one-of-a-kind dining experience! Everything about Chungkiwa was extraordinary to the delicious food (the Bulgogi was so tender the beautiful atmosphere, and the friendly and kind staff. They even brought us complimentary ice cream at the end! I’m highly impressed with my experience here and will be here again. Definitely one of the best restaurants I’ve ever been to. I don’t write reviews ever, but Chungkiwa was so exceptional I had to let everyone know
I wish I could give this place 6 stars! We went as a family for my birthday, and it was a truly magical experience! The food was so delicious, fresh, and clean tasting. The owner helped take care of us, and we got to know what a stellar and talented artist and restaurateur he is, and he was incredibly kind to our kiddos. His art is displayed throughout the restaurant, and I really enjoyed that aspect of the place. I highly recommend Chungkiwa for Korean BBQ!!!
This was my first time at one of these types of joints and whoa! It was amazing! Turk was our waiter and he walked us through everything solid server! Im most definitely coming back! One of the older gentlemen in the back even gave our daughter a huge stuffed animal. The staff here were all fantastic food was incredible. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my 1st time at Korean bbq
Although I have seen other large groups dining there without being asked for their vaccination papers, the quality of the food was just okay and the meat was disappointingly fatty compared to previous visits. I reached out to the owner via email about our experience, but never received a response. I later mentioned this in my review of the restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
The Korean food at this restaurant is good and reasonably priced. The owner, Kim, is very friendly and even gave a rose to each gentleman in the restaurant on Valentine's Day so they could surprise their loved ones. I will definitely return when I am in the area. Plus, it is conveniently located near the Mitsuwa Japanese market.
small, intimate, family-oriented restaurant. the cost was more than other Korean bbq places, but the quality and presentation were spectacular. Stellar service. very attentive, friendly, humble and old school sweat and sarcasm could not be understood. but I look forward to returning!
Came here for the very first time and was completely new to Koran BBQ , was not disappointed at all. The staff was very courteous and the food was delicious. Would highly recommend for a first timer and people who enjoy BBQ. The quantity was excellent as well for the price charged.
tonight was my first time visiting this restaurant with my friends and the staff was so kind and attentive! the food was amazing but the hospitality and ambience is what makes me want to re visit in the future! thank you to the two gentleman working who made our night!! This place is fantastic! It's now our go-to spot for Korean BBQ. We celebrated my man's birthday here and ordered the special dinner for two. We had plenty of food for dinner and even enough for the next two days! Maybe they meant for us to have leftovers for two days.
