I had a terrible experience at this restaurant! I highly advise against ordering through Uber. The food arrived cold, stale, and lacking in flavor – it honestly should have been discarded! The presentation was also quite unappealing. We ordered a 15-piece tender meal, but it was served with tiny side portions rather than a family-sized serving. The biscuit was rock-hard; it felt like I could use it to break a window! It's completely unacceptable to serve customers food like this. I did call to express my concerns and received a full refund, but I will NEVER order from there again!
The restaurant often closes its doors much earlier than the time stated on their website, which claims they close at 10:00 PM. I've experienced them closing as early as 8:00 PM on multiple occasions. Additionally, the staff frequently seems unwilling to serve customers and tends to have an unfriendly attitude, giving the impression that they think they own the place.
Hello! Instead of the Texas chicken, I chose the $2.99 special, which came with two pieces of dark meat chicken—one leg and one thigh. Everything was delicious! The staff was very friendly, too. The meal also included a honey biscuit and a jalapeño. I'm not certain how long this deal will be available, so make sure to take advantage of it while you can!
The chicken was fresh, but the biscuit was absolutely soaked in butter—it's like they poured an entire container on it! Honestly, we could call them high-cholesterol biscuits. It might be better if they didn’t butter the biscuits at all and just provided packets for people to use as they like, because they definitely tend to go overboard.

The staff seemed unprepared to ensure my order was correct, and the dining room was closed. There was a lackadaisical attitude as my food sat there, waiting to be handed to me while they engaged in conversation with another employee.
The customer service is lacking, especially in the evenings during drive-thru hours. For a restaurant that has popular advertisements on television, radio, and billboards, they almost never have the bold and spicy chicken available.
Love Church's chicken! The people who work here are very nice and the place is very clean but unfortunately because of Labor shortages everywhere they're dining room is often closed.

It feels like they must have live chickens in there! I waited in line for 30 minutes and still had three cars ahead of me. It's so slow!
