Church's Chicken

I went through the drive-through. The wait was ridiculous. The people behind me actually got their food before me but had to wait until the line moved. I asked for white meat, and they gave me legs and thighs. The chicken was hard crusted, and the mash potatoes were tasteless. The fried okra was also tasteless. The jalapeño bombers were just ok. This is my third time going, and each time something is missed or the food is horrible. I certainly will not be going back. I loved the old Church's, but not the new and apparently improved Church's.

Stopped here only to find the inside was closed and only the drive thru was open. The line was wrapped around the building and out on the Main St. Each car that pulled up to the speaker sat there at least 20-25 minutes before someone from the inside acknowledged them. Then when they gave their order and pulled up to the window, they sat there for an additional 20-25 minutes. Many ppl in the line sat there longer than what they should have. Someone needs to address these issues, this was absolutely terrible. Such a Turn Off!

1 person running the whole store, what a shame, that poor woman doing her best but we waited 45 minutes. I notice 3 cars in front of us pulled off and 2 behind us as well, they all got tires of waiting.

Walked all workers on their phones and didn't even bother to make our order

Got a family sized okra and this is what I received it wasn’t even warm
