Went thru the drive thru…got to the speaker and had to wait 5+ mins to make an order then the ghetto girl at the window was extremely rude to finally tell me at 9:28 that it will be a 15-20 min wait on chicken, mind you they close at 10…I went to the gas station and came right back to the drive thru at 9:38 only for the line to not move at all for 10+ mins until the clock hit 9:48…then 2 ghetto rude chicks come out the back door and yell to all cars in the drive thru WE’RE CLOSEDDDDD, YALL CAN GO NOW…WE’RE CLOSED!! Mind you it’s not closing time yet…they made everyone sit in line without taking any orders for atleast 10 mins and the whole time I’m sitting in line waiting, u can see the staff...
If there was ever a place in this small pathetic town that I would like to see go away it's this place right here... When 98% of your business is selling chicken how do you mess up a person's order then play victim when called out about it If you made a mistake own up to it...And don't have the manager trying to defend you when she didn't even take your order in the first place but wants chime in the whole place is sorry and they could never get another dollar from me going forward... People need to stop patronizing poor service in these establishments!!
My wife and I requested a refund before our food arrived, and when we politely inquired about the price discrepancy, we were met with rude attitudes from three employees. One of them even called my wife a "crazy woman" while we were speaking to another staff member.
It's clear to us that we won’t be returning for our chicken meals and will choose other establishments instead. If more people took a stand against this type of business behavior, we could potentially put a stop to it. They just lost a party of seven!
Was traveling back from Savanah Ga and stopped to get something to eat..kinda dissatisfied with the food and service only ONE person was working on inside and the wait in the drive thru line was REALLY LONG..Once I got my food it wasn't what I thought it should have been..WINGS cooked Hard and was so Small...Won't be stopping through there anymore. ??

The service was slow and quite unpleasant, and the staff were downright rude. My order was incomplete, and when I called to address the issue, the associate hung up on me and refused to answer the phone afterwards. Very disappointing experience!
Never again. We went here and ordered chicken tenders but received a box and a bag of biscuits instead of tenders. We called the location and the lady denied that she messed our order up.
I went through drive through. Service was quick, food was hot and fresh. The young lady mentioned they were low on mac-n-cheese and asked if I wanted to substitute. I did.
I arrived at 8:55 PM, but the staff said they were closing, even though the posted hours indicate that they close at 10 PM. This has happened multiple times.

This place needs a facelift like every other restaurant around it has done. The parking lot needs to redone pot holes everywhere.
Chicken was freshly cook! They were short staffed but the service was still good.
