Churrasqueira Costa Verde

Having come from Toronto, we are accustomed to a certain level of service at our Portuguese BBQ restaurants. However, when we visited this establishment, we were disappointed to find that they only focus on preorders. Upon walking in, we were barely acknowledged and told that pre-order clients take priority. Despite this, there was no food ready for us to take home. We were made to wait for over an hour without any guarantee of food. No one besides the owner spoke Portuguese, and my mother had to help translate for a customer speaking to the workers. Horrible customer service.. ordered to pickup an order for 3:30pm, 4pm and 4:30pm pickup orders were fulfilled 1st before I recieved my order.. waited almost 1 hour and a half and only got my order after getting very upset. Definitely will not be returning, food Is decent but not worth the wait or bad service..

amazing eating, but waiting is sooo long. it is good that their busy natural, but waiting 20-30 minutes in the business is a long time and that is what is more deterrent to get this food that we always long haha. I wish the waiting times can be shorter, how and we would go more often

The food here is incredible and made fresh on the grill. We have gotten take out 3 times now and it's been consistently delicious food each time. They are also excellent for catering large dinner parties as they can accommodate with very short notice. Highly recommend.Food: 5/5 Réservez une table maintenant

Please do not go here when they open at 11.30 am. they gave me the chicken from previous night. I could tell the difference between a fresh grilled chicken and previous night grilled chicken. I would rather go later in the day or ask them to grill the chicken in front you.

Amazing food! Every time I order food from here taste awesome and my family is always very happy. The staff inside is always very friendly I highly recommend coming here for some amazing tasting Portuguese food!

Great food! Unfortunately the service is terrible. All of the employees ignore customers that are waiting. Have waited there numerous times for over 20 minutes without any help. Will not be returning. Réservez une table maintenant

We ordered chicken, potatoes, rice, and salad and absolutely everything was delicious. One of the best meals we have had. This will now be out go to take out meal!
