Happy surprise to find such amazing tasting Indian food in such an unexpected location where one could get away with serving ordinary Indian food which wasn't the case here. Flavorful without an overdose of spices, yet not washed out while trying to cater to scared palates. Good portions, service was attentive, ambience nice (maybe also because we got the window side table I normally prefer in a restaurant, overlooking the main street of this small town! . You can also try asking for items or variations beyond the menu and they do try to serve that. Paneer tikka with the saunf twist is worth mentioning, bhaturas reminded me of Delhi, avocado bhel was an interesting tasty appetizer, kids love...

Their food is delicious, and even though the dishes look small, the portions are quite large! On their curries menu, they have a vegetarian section of which 7 are marked as Vegan and their starters there are 6 vegan options to choose from. Their service is super friendly! I recommend the Chana masala, the somosas, and the tofu Manchurian! I’ve also had the aloo gobhi which was also quite good! The restaurant is beautifully decorated and is in a very awesome repurposed old factory lots of character. It’s also right on the waterfront so perfect for a bite and a stroll!

This place ROCKS! It's so easy to get away with mediocre Indian food. Chutney Masala's dishes are all fresh and perfectly spiced. They also have some inventive dishes you don't normally see. And a couple of inventive cocktails too. Great service, great vibe.

This is an ok place. I went twice in 2 years interval and found the food as worst turns before . If you asks them make the food spicy .. they just put a red chilli powder.. make the things taste bad.. parking is another challenge.. Réservez une table maintenant

Been here twice. Great Indian classics, tandoori chicken, lamb vindaloo. nice wine selection. Parking was easy with a lot in the back. Highly recommended to Indian food connoisseurs

Good choice for Indian food. Main Street Irvington is convenient near the Tappan Zee bridge Mario Cuomo bridge) in Westchester County. Plenty of vegetarian choices.

Great atmosphere, great service! Waiters were very attentive and nice! Love the food..but watch out for the Spicy/Hot offerings….they are REALLY SPICY..BUT SO GOOD!
