my mother just ordered from the juice hub of uber. they were open at the time of the order. then she calls from them that they never even did it. the Uber driver was right around the corner from the location. not only did they waste our time, but also the drivers. whoever spoke my mother did not seem to care. they said we could get a refund from over. my problem was missing from compassion for each of us. I really felt bad for the driver who went to get nothing. why waste other people time. if they didn't want to do it or felt that it was too close to the closure, why not just cancel the order and not waste all time. who lets someone go to the location know they didn't make it. that's kind of wild. He told my mother if they did another, they would have to clean up.
I wanted to try eat something vegan. I bought the cauliflower wings and French fries and salad. The salad was good. But the cauliflower wings and fries both were so laden with grease they were inedible. I squeezed a fry lightly and oil came out. The cauliflower wings were so inundated with grease, even putting it on a paper towel didn't help and the cauliflower was mush and oil on the inside. It was so bad I could taste the thickness of the oil in the cauliflower wings. Absolutely disgusting. I could not finish the food at all!. It was way too greasy. It's like they had them sitting in oil, warmed it up and put it out to go!!
This store would’ve gotten 5 stars for taste of the food. BUT I ordered two items (cauliflower wings, Energizer juice) at about 2:00pm via Uber eats. I arrived to the store about 2:30 to pick up my order just to find out from the employee that it hasn’t been started because no one checked the tablet ?I was told to wait 7-10 mins. I sat in my car for about 15 mins and came back inside and my order still wasn’t complete. It took about 50 mins just to make ONE order of cauliflower wings and ONE cold pressed juice. There were no other customers in the store. Just the employees taking their time.
