came yesterday. on Thanksgiving day to get a family dinner. I have called some paints before I come to the place to see hours of operation on the thanksgiving day and no one mentions that the menu would be changed or changed to their version of Thanksgiving day mealtimes. When I asked about the family meal, I was told first, there were 2 meats .bbq ripen and huh or truthahn with three sides and cookies etc. then abruptly the thin man with the glasses I suspect is the manager clearly said, noisy, it will not serve ribs. Were it not for the baked half chicken being tasty, I'd given them zero stars. Can I do that. Anyway hadn't eaten there in about 3+ years but decided to get a meal because I didn't feel up to cooking and had good food experiences many years ago but will not go there again under any circumstance because the cornbread was stale, broccoli was water logged and tasteless, the sweet potato casserole was watered down as was the gravy. While I understand the cost of ingredients have gone up, I was charged full price for a horrible. Yuk
The food was disgusting! I never thought I'd feel such a way for Boston Market bit the food isn't getting any better. In addition to that, the customer service is horrendous and my overall experience was a very poor one! I don't plan on going back and if i do, i hope it's because they've decided to close the business and replace it with sething else!
Nothing makes you want to write a review like being hungry and annoyed. Please tell me how an establishment—whose main source of food is chicken—RUNS OUT of chicken, a whole 90 minutes before they even close.?? Please tell me how. This was literally my first time coming here, and of course this is what I’m met with. Please, do better.

The drive through is open until 10:30. I was there last night @9 and the doors to the restaurant were locked! Marcela I was there @9pm 8/29/22 and the restaurant doors were locked. Your response to my initial review was that the doors are locked @9:30!!!! Please tell me what was last nights excuse!?!?
my bf and I went to order food, personal was nice, but when the server lifted the empty container of food to replace it, raw flew out there! and the customers who were there we all looked disgusting. we left. food: 1/5
The food at this restaurant is extremely tasty. I highly recommend trying the roasted half chicken, potatoes, sautéed spinach, corn bread, and the prime rib.
there was a paper sign with bad fonts that this place is closed. not sure whether that means today or for good.

I ordered the redisserie chicken soup and it is absolutely disgusting. there's no chicken at all.
Sometimes food is good sometimes is not I guess it depends on who works that day
