Hey everyone, mistakes can happen to anyone, and I recently experienced an issue with my online order. No one is upset about it. However, I believe that offering a customer a glass of water, a soft drink, or a coffee in such situations can go a long way. The cost is minimal, but the impact on customer service is invaluable. If the food isn’t up to par, people are generally forgiving of a little wait.

Food was great as always. However, customer service training needed for the front person. Not friendly at all. Did not even acknowledge me. I dined here recently and found the chicken Alfredo to be quite disappointing. On the other hand, the desserts were fantastic. I do think the prices are a bit high for what you get.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the service was excellent. The only reason I didn't give them a full FIVE STARS is that the eggplant in my eggplant parmesan was overcooked.

Delicious cheesecake! It's the best my husband and I have had in ages. The interior is beautifully decorated, and the staff is incredibly friendly.
