We visited the May Fair Kitchen for a pre-theatre meal. It was a competition prize, and a very generous one at that. Our waitress, Mihaela, was very knowledgeable and she was happy to make recommendations for the food and the drinks. The restaurant offers both Japanese and Italian food but we stuck to the Japanese part of the menu, for a real experience. I chose fish plates and my husband chose meat plates but we both tried everything. We started with the gyoza tacos (yellowfin for me, beef for my husband), which were very nice. This spot was a lovely space for my friends and I to catch up over good food and drinks. Esme was very inviting greeting us with a big and was very helpful with the menu and gave us great recommendations. All the staff are very lovely, all the food looks and tastes delicious and the restaurant has a nice relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely come back again and recommend for anyone who hasn't come yet to come and experience the delicious dual cuisine of Japanese and Italian. We absolutely adored this restaurant. While in London for business, we stumbled upon this gem and were pleasantly surprised. The food and atmosphere were outstanding, with a fantastic vibe and music to enjoy. Our waiter, Irina Patrik, was truly exceptional, providing us with excellent recommendations on what to order. It was because of her and the rest of the staff that our dining experience was made truly memorable.

We decided to have the 6-course meal and it was truly exceptional! Every course was delicious and left us eagerly anticipating the next one. The customer service was also outstanding, with Hannah and Luna being particularly helpful and sweet. We highly recommend this restaurant!

Really tasty food and great service from Bogdan! He was really patient when explaining and recommending food for us! We particularly liked the rib eye steak and lamb from the Italian grill. The cheesecake with passion fruit sorbet was one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had!

We had a wonderful dinner at the restaurant. The food was exceptional, especially the seafood dishes. The service was excellent, with our waiter Bogdan being very welcoming and professional.

Hana made the experience superlative. Yellowtail salad a solid 9.7 and ribeye 9.8. Not sure why they don’t have Hana managing the hotel yet! She’s a star on the rise…

Very poor cannot understand how it gets such positive reviews. Lots of staff moving around but service dreadful. Pizza worst I have ever had . Would never go again.
