let me say first. the cinnamon rolls are amazing! the one star rating is for the incredibly bad service. I have an online purchase at 11 o'clock, with a pick-up time of 4:00 on my way, about 15 minutes away, I called them to let them know that I was on my way. cinnabon is the best thing they can lack in customer service, they certainly make them in the most delicious cinnabon rolls. the classic roll is less than $5 after controlling, and is the perfect tasty to share. if they feel decadent, they can have a 6-pack for $17. I really like the setup here because it's a simple one-and-off, even if they're not in the shopping center. park them simply at the cinema and the cinnabon is at the first corner. the line can sometimes be long, but it is worth it.
the absolute WORST experience I have ever had with a cinnabon. I got that after I ordered from doordash. this place is terrible they had a line that was a mile long they had empty shelves and we're telling us that there were six to eight minute wait times for anything we ordered.
