I love Cinnabon but this one I had a horrible experience. The line was not long at all when I arrived and I know I stood there for 10-15 mins before anyone acknowledged me. They had 4 employees behind the counter and the all seemed to be making ordersfor online while the line was growing and growing. If you have any type of good customer service experience with multipleemployees working at the time, you know to handle your customers in front of you first. I asked for a Cinnabon in the middle,with just pecans added and she literally added what she wanted. And had a attitude and was slamming my stuff around. This Cinnabon establishment always gets the job done. I remember the days where me and mom would go on a shopping spree at PG Plaza and would top off our day w/ a delectable doughy treat. Everything is served in a timely manner and the costumer service never fails to surprise me. The options are beyond imaginable and will have you craving more in due time but all in all, Cinnabon is a great chain and supply's me with sweet nostalgic memories. I recommend without any hiccups.
Online, Cinnabon states that they close at 9 PM. However, when I arrived at the mall at 7:54 PM, the mall was closing, and Cinnabon was already shut. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location, and I'm quite disappointed! So, my advice is... CALL BEFORE YOU GO!
The BonBites and Minibon were delicious. Unfortunately they are very messy to eat and they didnt bother to include plastic utensils and napkins (they forgot them last time too!

Gross!!! Our Center of the Roll order was nasty! We had a regular and a pecan, both were clearly old, dry, and plain nasty.
