I went in with low expectations and was surprised when I actually loved what I ordered!Cinnaholic is a bakery that specializes in gourmet cinnamon rolls. I’m not one to leave reviews but this was our first last time into this location. It was filthy.. I alerted the staff of a dead cockroach under the table chairs we were about to sit at after we had already ordered, to which they didn’t apologize nor thank me for pointing it out to prevent other customers from the vomit-inducing sight. The store must be aware of the problem as there was a sticky bug trap in the bathroom. I also observed a cobweb along the baseboard in the hallway towards the bathroom. Among these things, the floor was STICKY as all get out which tells me they aren’t properly cleaning the floors! Talk about YUCK ?

First time here at this location visiting out of town and the customer service was horrendous I was very willing to spend all my money because I like to try anything that looks good to me but ended up getting a few things because my cashier didn’t seem to enthusiastic about serving me! But if I can help anyone just get yourself regular roll with the vanilla icing and call it a day! If not it’s an ok spot to try I have this two stars for the icing on roll and for the roll having good texture and flavor! Otherwise it would definitely be a 1 saw rating for me

Disappointed. Drove 20+ min to check out based on great reviews, arrived just after 830pm to a locked door and group of customers eating thier rolls outside who told me they just closed and kicked us out . Understand wanting to get home but closing 20-25 min early...lost this customer. Best wishes. Réservez une table maintenant

Kimberly was incredibly kind and helped us find dishes that suited our specific tastes. On a different note, the flavors we experienced were more intense than anything I've felt in my 40 years of a loveless marriage.

The cinnamon roll was underbaked and underproofed, resulting in a pale bun that was excessively glazed with icing. The coffee was also lacking in quality. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I always have a great experience when coming here! They are known for their cinnabuns but please don't sleep on their cookies and lemon blueberry coffee cake!Side note...they are also vegan.

I visited Cinnaholic for the first time today and tried the very berry cinnamon roll. It was just the right sweetness, and the fruit was fresh. I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Great for vegan and dairy free people. Really enjoy being able to enjoy great dessert while still sticking to my non diary restrictions. Just wish there was a closer location to McDonough.
