Many calls during the evening and reassurance given even at 7.30pm informed it was being cooked clearly incorrect misleading information. I ordered takeout on New Year's Eve at 7:11 pm. The website estimated a delivery time of 1 hour and 4 minutes, but I anticipated it might take longer. Despite trying to contact them 34 times over 2 hours, there was no response. When I finally reached them at 10:25 pm, they claimed my food was ready but I insisted on a fresh order due to concerns about it being cold. From the south coast so could tell the difference immediately that we were nearer the curry epicentre immediately! Comprehensive menu with several unfamiliar items. Service a little slow but that didn't matter as it was early evening. All waiters extremely pleasant. All dishes including starters, naans, mains and sides extremely tasty and good quantities and reasonable prices. Alcohol not served so taking your own is no problem. Have read the negative reviews and can say that they were not my experience at all.
Ordered (2nd time we’ve used this takeaway) order was an hour late, called to be told will be “5 minutes” then called half an hour later told delivery driver “tried” but couldn’t find house (didn’t call us) so just gave takeaway to ANOTHER HOUSE. Manager came on phone and was one of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with on the phone and just said “call Uber eats” and hung up. Avoid this place at all costs.

This is the worst takeout meal I've ever had! The kebabs and filling for the stuffed pepper were dry. The Lamb Honeypot and Chicken Tarka were flavorless. Even though they were supposed to be medium and hot, there was no heat to either dish. The Bringal Aloo was also bland, with undercooked eggplant. I would give this restaurant zero stars.
Received the incorrect meal at this restaurant. I had ordered chicken madras but ended up with a very messy tikka masala instead. When I called to complain, they insisted that was what I had requested. However, I had not. The rice was like a wet, slimy substance. Overall, the experience was unpleasant.
Very little taste in lamb or veggie dishes... Everything had an over powering taste of lemon... Who puts a wedge of lemon on lamb sagwala? Wtf? Couldn't eat the meal... Waste of money..
Chicken=3 day old cardboard, lamb-=beef,sauce=tomatoes with some curry powder chucked in. **** take. Looking forward to my ham sandwich £30 poorer.

Really enjoyed our meal, well prepared and presented. Pleasant and friendly staff. Can't fault the service. Would recommend.
Absolutely beautiful food, first time trying it and we will be back. The bombay aloo is delicious-must try.
